- Complete guidance on mutual aid system: input data on chemical auditing and guidance on emergency preparedness for 100 high-risk factories.
- Hold an annual emergency response drill in an industrial park to rehearse how the mutual aid system should work.
- Establish incident response mechanism and database: network the online message/fax system within the industrial park for speedier communication.
- Provide guidance on working environment improvement for the SMEs.
- Provide diagnostic consultation and technical guidance to 650 factories.
- Provide technical guidance on engineering improvement to 25 factories.
- Provide technical guidance on safety operation of dangerous machinery and equipment.
- Complete guidance on legalized operation of 600 fixed cranes.
- Complete technical guidance on prolong operation of dangerous machinery and equipment and on alternative inspection for 2 factories.
- Provide technical guidance on continual management of business operations: complete establishment of 3 model factories and outcome exhibition.
- Establish safety and health synergy system to promote safety operation techniques: complete 3 synergy systems and provide guidance to 33 factories.
- Assist the emerging solar industries with safety and health technical guidance: complete a voluntary inspection checklist with assessment rule and provide technical guidance to 4 solar energy factories.
- Research on regulations and international safety and health trends: complete 3 research sessions on legal aspects and 2 reports on international safety and health trends.
- Other promotional campaign: complete 6 safety-week campaigns, one guidance outcome exhibition, 4 quarterly periodicals on industrial safety, and 2 handbooks on safety and health techniques.
